Job Title: Procurement Manager

Summary
As a Procurement Manager, you'll lead purchasing efforts by aligning with our organization's policies and best industry practices, stepping in with innovative solutions when needed. Reporting to the VP of Pre-Construction, you'll work closely with departments to identify the best products and services that meet our goals. This position is ideal for someone passionate about strategic procurement and collaboration to drive company-wide success.
What You’ll Do:
· Apply Purchasing Policies: Learn and implement our organization’s purchasing standards, policies, and procedures.
· Understand Industry Dynamics: Gain in-depth knowledge of the industry, key suppliers, and current market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
· Negotiate Favorable Agreements: Identify the best sources and secure terms that align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
· Coordinate with Internal Teams: Build relationships across departments to ensure accurate and effective communication with suppliers.
· Manage Orders and Escalations: Oversee orders from requisition through delivery, expediting and resolving issues as needed.
· Analyze and Report: Conduct root cause analysis for budget misses, track financial impacts, and recover owed funds.
· Ensure Compliance with Sourcing Strategies: Communicate and uphold customer-directed buy strategies and trade law compliance.
· Collaborate with Supplier Quality: Work closely with Supplier Quality teams to meet qualification standards for new and existing suppliers.
· Engage with International Consultants: Manage communications with domestic and international consultants, maintaining alignment with global standards.

Who You Are:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5-7 years of procurement experience with a Lean Supply Chain background
· Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
· Excellent interpersonal skills for managing internal and external relationships
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
· Ability to travel internationally
· Work is generally performed in an office environment with standard office equipment available.
· Ability to work in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
