Qualifications:
- Hold a current license in Kansas and/or Missouri (e.g., LMSW, LPC or equivalent).
- Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and timely completion of clinical notes.
- Availability for some evening hours with flexible scheduling options.
- Exhibit self-starter qualities and a proactive approach to learning.

Requirements
- Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions, complete assessments, offer coaching support, and consultation with professionals involved in the case, along with providing discharge services.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program.
- Collaborate effectively within a professional team environment, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
- Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation.
- Attend weekly consultation groups to stay informed and engaged with the team.
