Shared Services Clerk
Description

Provides the firms needs for duplication and copying of reports, letters, and other business-related documents for partners, attorneys, and staff. Provides back up support for Office Services positions including reception, office attendant, and runners/messengers.  Monitors inventory levels and orders office supplies as needed, codes vendor invoices and processes for approval and payment, assists with facilities issues, and assists with special projects as assigned. Entry and maintenance of data in HT systems.

Requirements

 HS Diploma or equivalent. Exceptional computer skills, strong customer service and telephone skills, basic knowledge of copier operating procedures, and proof of valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record are required. The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis is necessary. Ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload, and multi-task while maintaining a pleasant, professional demeanor.
