  Role Overview:


The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s hiring needs, the ability to source and attract top talent, and the capability to foster positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will act as a brand ambassador for KCI Wireless, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
    • Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards,       social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  2. Job Posting and Advertisement:
    • Draft clear and compelling job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
    • Post job openings on internal and external job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
    • Ensure job advertisements align with KCI Wireless branding and attract suitable candidates.
  3. Candidate Screening:
    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications,       experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Interviewing and Selection:
    • Facilitate the interview process, including coordinating with interview panels and providing interview guidance.
    • Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.
  5. Candidate Experience Management:
    • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.*
  6. Employer Branding:
    • Promote KCI Wireless as an employer of choice through participation in job fairs,       campus recruiting, and other networking events.
    • Develop relationships with educational institutions, industry organizations, and professional networks.
    • Contribute to KCI Wireless branding initiatives, such as creating content for the company’s career page and social media platforms.
  7. Onboarding:
    • Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
    • Assist with the preparation of onboarding materials and orientation programs.
    • Conduct follow-up meetings with new hires to ensure their successful integration into the company.
  8. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.*
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Compliance:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and sensitive recruitment data.
    • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
  10. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
    • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the recruitment process.
