THE OPPORTUNITY 

A Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves analyzing market trends and client data, leveraging various digital marketing channels, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The Digital Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in enhancing CUSG’s digital presence and achieving its marketing goals.


 THE WORK ITSELF 

  • Create and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
  • Develop and oversee a content marketing strategy that engages target audiences, collaborating with content creators for high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
  • Create and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage followers, managing accounts and responding to audience interactions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and analyze website performance.
  • Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and prepare regular reports on performance, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive messaging across digital platforms, while coordinating with external agencies for specialized projects and campaigns as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

 THE SKILLS YOU BRING 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or related experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns and analyzing performance.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, and search engine marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Marketing Software).
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on branding and design.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to stay current on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
