As the Recruiter for Verland the position will be On Site at our Sewickley Campus. The Recruiters responsibilities encompass advertising career opportunities, sourcing talent, and guiding candidates through the talent acquisition lifecycle. This position will collaborate directly with the Senior Director of Human Resources and the recruiting team. It will involve establishing clearly defined measurable objectives on a monthly basis.
The specific responsibilities may fluctuate according to the department's recruiting needs. This is a salaried, exempt position, and while the following list outlines key responsibilities, it is not exhaustive. A strong business acumen is requisite for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract professionals through various channels
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications
- Schedule candidates with the Hiring Manager
- Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to understand their staffing needs
- Recommend, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Negotiate job offers and oversee the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Submit weekly/monthly Recruiting Summary to Senior Director of Human Resources and HR Manager.
- Compose and launch various offer letters including rejection notifications.
- Travel, as needed, to all Verland locations and attend seminars and conventions.
- Attend job fairs.
- Assist with inputting employee data in the HRIS database and onboarding when needed.
- Maintain recruiting supplies are at par levels and Verland is always represented professionally.

Minimum Training and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources major required.
- A minimum of three years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
- Must have two years of experience working within an applicant tracking system (Paylocity, iCMS, etc.).
- Experience in a medical/direct care industry preferred but not required
