Description
Provide general and specific administrative functions for CASA’s administrative department, including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Human Resources, Payroll, Inventory, and Purchasing. Shares responsibilities within accounts payable and payroll.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic accounts payable, payroll and QuickBooks experience.
- Effective planning, prioritization and time management skill sets.
- Must be detail orientated.
- Bilingual preferred (English-Spanish).
- High School Diploma (Associate’s Preferred)
- Ability to demonstrate and execute positive interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate appreciation and willingness to develop continuing skills towards multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting.
