Christ Health Center is seeking a Prescription Refill-Nurse who wants to be a part of providing high-quality care and addressing medical needs for the underserved in Birmingham, Alabama. In this position, you will play a key role in providing care to Christ Health patients by coordinating and managing drug refill protocol in collaboration with other clinic medical providers - physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. This position reports directly to the Nursing Director for all matters, including job duties, performance evaluations, approval of leave, and for other assignments as deemed necessary for the benefit of the patients who use Christ Health Center.

· Must be local to the Birmingham, AL area to attend meetings as required.

· This is a part-time position working 20 to 24 hours/week. Additional hours may be required as needed.

· Hours of Work: Hours Must be flexible within 8 AM to 5 PM timeframe.

· Flexibility is required as to each week's work days to accommodate clinic patient needs.

· No benefits offered.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualification, Education, Experience

· Graduate of an accredited program for registered nurses.

· Current RN license.

· 2-3 years or more of nursing experience.
