Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist that will lead and execute a variety of marketing initiatives. In this role, you will drive the planning and implementation of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase our services and amplify our brand message. You will ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding across all communication channels, including advertising, social media, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling content and visual collateral for campaigns, managing project timelines, preparing stakeholder reports, and liaising with media, vendors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate and lead marketing communications projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Strategically plan and execute special events, and conferences to increase visibility and strengthen brand positioning.
- Maintain brand consistency by developing unified themes, messaging, and branding across all channels, including advertising, social media, and other marketing platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content and visual assets that align with marketing campaign goals.
- Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and provide comprehensive status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with media, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and successful project execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Location: Remote
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing communications.
- Strong ability to work autonomously while also providing leadership within a collaborative work
- environment.
- Proven expertise in managing and executing complex marketing projects and campaigns.
- Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies.
- Strong communication planning skills to craft and convey effective brand messaging.
- Proficiency in content marketing to create engaging, targeted content for various audiences.
- Experience in event marketing and the ability to organize and manage successful trade shows, special
- events, and conferences.
- Advanced event planning and management abilities to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
- Analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent marketing communications skills to maintain consistent branding across all channels.
- Proven ability to build and manage media relations to enhance brand visibility.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on marketing
- initiatives.
- Proficiency in social media management, including creating and scheduling posts for multiple platforms.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to optimize marketing efforts.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications in marketing (e.g., Certified Marketing Professional [CMP], Digital Marketing Certification) are preferred.

Compensation:
Compensation at M6 varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, M6 provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000, if annualized
