DeMayo Law Offices is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and multi-tasking Client Engagement Specialist who will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, accurately initiating client files; reviewing documents, assembling information, and entering client data needed to complete the set-up process.


Responsibilities

  • Providing quality customer service to clients over the phone
  • Enter information found on the sign-up and intake documents into firm’s Litify database
  • Send out notice letters of the firm’s involvement in the case
  • Make/receive 20+ calls per day to/from clients
  • Resolve client questions, provide updates on status of the case, and document communications in our case management software
  • Review documents & scan into the case file daily
  • Send documents to clients periodically
  • Assist the Mass Tort Manager and Supervisor on projects as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of office experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; however, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
  • Persistence to follow up on requested information
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office and ability to learn and use various software programs
  • Prior experience with Litify or other CRM software a plus
