As a Production Worker at Barsplice Products, a division of FC Industries, you’ll play an important role in creating high-quality products used in construction and infrastructure projects across the country. You’ll work in a team environment where attention to detail, safety, and pride in your work matter. No two days are exactly the same — you'll operate machinery, inspect parts, and support a variety of production processes to help meet customer needs for football stadiums, skyscrapers, bridges, and so much more!

Responsibilities for Manufacturing Production Worker:  

• Operate and monitor machines and equipment
• Assemble and fabricate parts
• Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts
• Follow production schedules and work orders
• Read and interpret job instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Job requirements for Manufacturing Production Worker:

• Must be able to navigate the production facility to reach machinery.
• Must be able to read and write paperwork on the floor.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25lbs multiple times per day.
