Job Summary


Data Entry (DE) Specialists are key individual contributors that have a direct impact on the services our customers receive. The Data Entry Specialist key work order and invoice data from service providers into the TFS system. This data is used for auditing, billing, and reporting for our customers. Data Entry Specialists work with service providers to rectify invoices that cannot be processed as initially submitted. 


Above all, the Data Entry Specialists accurately key data into the system while meeting or exceeding weekly targets and month-end deadlines. The ideal candidate is primarily self-sufficient, has excellent keyboarding accuracy, enjoys known tasks, works well with deadlines, and doesn’t mind repetition. The candidate should possess basic customer skills that allow them to create an excellent experience for people both inside and outside the company. This is a non-exempt position.


The Data Entry Specialist is an individual contributor role. The role requires the ability to consistently key data accurately and review work orders for both completeness and reasonableness. When there is a discrepancy the Data Entry Specialist works with vendors to resolve. They are quality and customer focused. Attention to detail, excellent keyboarding skills, being patient under pressure, and not minding repetitive work are critical to the success of this role.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently responsible for accurately keying data into work orders into system
  • Must meet or exceed weekly targets month-end deadlines
  • Work with vendors when required information is missing
  • Communicate with the Customer Service Manager team
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree preferred but collegiate experience not required
  • Excellent keyboarding skills and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word expected
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Working knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment preferred
