What We Seek...
We are looking for a New Business Development Representative that will originate new business through prospecting and outreach. Our New Business Development Representatives are responsible for becoming a knowledge expert in all Britten products, identifying high potential clients and successfully earn their business while building and sustaining long-lasting relationships through prospecting efforts. The right candidate will be results driven, have a sense of urgency for achieving goals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop Strategy for Prospecting high potential clients
- Conduct Outreach, Capabilities Pitches, Sales Calls, Customer Visits all focused on driving new revenue streams
- Own the account relationship from a Business Development standpoint
- Successfully handoff account to an Inside Sales Rep for on-going job management and future opportunities
- Originate new business through prospecting, marketing leads as assigned by leadership
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on large proposals to ensure alignment on pricing strategies

- Minimum of 5 years of proven New Business sales
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Sales experience within either the Digital Printing, Event Agency, or Venues markets
- A Sales Hunting mentality, must demonstrate the ability to originate new sales opportunities, with a track record of growth
- Articulate, confident, and personable personality
- Self-starter, problem solver, ability to think on your feet
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time
- Flexible schedule to accommodate travel and working after hours as necessary
