Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant - Emergency Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NP or PA to join our fast-paced healthcare team in the Emergency Department Non-benefit-eligible - Limited Part-timeSchedule would include every 3rd weekend and holiday
As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients. 


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical exams and medical histories of patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for acute 
  • Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health issues and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements

   Education and Licensure:

  • Master's degree in Nursing and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program - OR -  Bachelors degree as Physician Assistant
  • Active Wisconsin:  Nursing license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner - OR - Licensed Physician's Assistant
  • Minimum of one year NP or PA experience
