Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams and medical histories of patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans for acute
- Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide patient education and counseling on health issues and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
Education and Licensure:
- Master's degree in Nursing and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program - OR - Bachelors degree as Physician Assistant
- Active Wisconsin: Nursing license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner - OR - Licensed Physician's Assistant
- Minimum of one year NP or PA experience
