Sigvaris is currently looking for a Sales Operations Support to join our team. As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products. We are a global team on a mission to help people feel their best. The Sales Operations Support is responsible for facilitating sales processes for Traditional Business and National Accounts. This role manages the Business Operations Support role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Tracks performance on customer sales agreements to determine if rebate thresholds have been met.
o Works closely with the DAT (Data Analytics Teams) to prepare custom reporting at the direction of Leadership in PowerBI.
• Manages implementation of MCE (Medically Complex Extremities) and MCS (Medical Compression Stockings) price increases in our ERP (Enterprise Software).
• Works closely with National Account Managers to complete required proposals and documentation.
• Assists with regulatory requirements or MCE (Medically Complex Extremities) products. Ex. Regulatory reimbursement filings.
• Provides support to the clinical team with D365 order entry, order uploads, special pricing, agreements, Lead Management.
• Pro-actively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to prioritize and implement selected opportunities.
• Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies with recommendations and assistance in implementation.
• Works with Customer Care/Warehouse and IT to implement special projects.
• Participates in Sales meetings, when requested.
• Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment.
o Interacts with external and internal customers in a manner conducive to continued positive relationships.

o Director of Business Operations and/or appropriate management staff are kept informed of developments affecting their functions.

o Accurately and legibly presents written data to affected internal/external customer.
• Follows established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGVARIS policies, industry standards, ISO 13485 standards, 6S and Lean Manufacturing, and Federal, State and local laws.
• Assists with the implementation of Lean/Kaizen initiatives or events in the department.
• Follows all work instructions, creates and maintains accurate records to meet all internal and external requirements to support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy.
• Proactively coaches and motivates employees in the Department.
• Effectively addresses employee concerns, disciplinary actions and resolves problems.
• Ensures all employees in the Department understand how the company is performing and what contribution they make toward Company goals.
• Ensures all employees in the Department know how they are doing compared to their performance standards.
• Ensures all employees in the Department have the skills and knowledge to do their jobs, or there is a plan to obtain them.
• Ensures all employees in the Department receive an annual performance review.
• There is evidence that an ongoing informal recognition system is being used.
• Accurately performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.
EDUCATION and WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and work experience.
• More than three (3) years sales support or operations role
CRITICAL SKILLS:
• Excellent data analysis skills, along with the capability to present data and results in concise manner.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive, effective relationships across the organization.
• Ability to find effective solutions that do not follow a conventional defined path.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge and Advanced proficiency of Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and pay strict attention to detail.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, Microsoft Teams, photocopiers, and fax machines.
• Occasionally required to sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, bend, lift or climb.
• Occasionally required to lift light weights (less than 25 pounds).
• Finger dexterity and hand coordination required.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.
