The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a crucial part in driving revenue and margins by creating data and reporting capabilities while leveraging CRM and digital enablement platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly and quarterly sales forecasting - support sales leadership with data and analysis that improves forecast accuracy.
- Provide month-end metrics & analysis including identifying and helping to correct any errors and identifying trends.
- Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in reports and operational processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the pipeline data in CRM is accurate and timely.
- Update and maintain master data including account ownership with heavy collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer.
- Become an expert in how our revenue and pipeline data is captured, how it ties to underlying business processes, and how it impacts key metrics and reports.
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, sales operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- 3+ years working within a CRM system, such as Hubspot, SalesForce, or similar systems.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - proven ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights.
- Strong modeling and analytical skills – comfort with complex segmentation analysis and workforce planning.
- Great collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Expertise in Excel.
Preferred Requirements:
- BA/BS in business administration, finance, management information systems or related discipline
- 3+ years working with Hubspot or Salesforce.com
- 3+ years working with PowerBI or Tableau
- Think critically and creatively, continually reorienting to obstacles to define a better way to achieve our goals.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
