We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Implementation Guru to join our team. This role will involve facilitating smooth client onboarding, optimizing digital marketing tools, and serving as a trusted agency partner. As a technical expert, you will apply your proficiency in configuring and optimizing digital marketing tools, SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and web development solutions to drive exceptional client success.

OBJECTIVES

  • Successfully lead and execute advanced implementation tasks for digital marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with project plans and client requirements.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by facilitating smooth transitions, conducting thorough needs assessments, and ensuring clear communication of project scope and expectations.
  • Apply technical expertise to configure and optimize digital marketing tools, SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and web development solutions to maximize client success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for clients, offering strategic guidance, troubleshooting technical issues, and recommending solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development teams to coordinate efforts, address client needs, and deliver integrated solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on implemented solutions to verify functionality, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards and client expectations.
  • Provide responsive and proactive support to clients post-implementation, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of implementation activities, client interactions, and project progress. 
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and best practices to streamline implementation workflows and enhance service delivery capabilities.

COMPETENCIES

  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, web development principles, and CRM systems to effectively implement and optimize client solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex implementation projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Dedication to understanding client needs, providing personalized support, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly, facilitate discussions, and provide updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, client requirements, and industry trends while maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in executing tasks, documenting processes, and conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of deliverables.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication, support, and strategic guidance.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing implementation, customer support, or project management, preferably in a digital marketing or technology company.
  • Proven professional experience applying technical skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, web development, and CRM systems..
  • Min 1 years of experience in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM and project management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
