The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in inbound call center and data entry. Experience in lending or finance is a plus, but not required. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a dynamic environment and that wants to break into the lending space.
Key Responsibilities:
· Interact with IRS agents to obtain required documentation on behalf of members
· Pull borrower documents from third party sources and organize for underwriting and processing team to review
· Maintain deal pipeline and turnaround times
Qualifications:
· Comfortable being on the phone 80% of the day
· Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
· Interested in joining a dynamic, high-volume environments
· Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Effective time management and self-accountability
· Able to multi-task under time pressure
· Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges
· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
· Comfortable working and learning independently
