Keiser Corporation is seeking a qualified Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager with Keiser, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our industry in our ever-changing landscape.

The hardworking diverse leaders we seek are responsible for handling an assigned sales territory, seeking $6 million in annual revenue, comprised of approximately 6 distinct markets.


Territory Managers will be challenged and empowered to:

  • Handle sales within a given geography
  • Consult, advise, and engage with customers to meet the needs of their business
  • Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and purposeful planning
  • Develop and utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics
  • Grow leadership capability through ongoing comprehensive training and high-impact experiences
  • Confidently discuss options and close contracts
  • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base
  • Participate in company-led events
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services that meet those needs
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts
  • A flexible schedule
  • Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or meaningful sales experience
  • A current, valid driver's license, a clean driving record
  • Because Driving is required for the position, you must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years.
  • Any DUI/DWI conviction in the last 3 years will be an immediate disqualifier for the position.
  • You must be able to work full-time within the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities
  • Up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds (seldom)

  • Any offered salary is determined based on market data/ranges, the applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, and internal equity.
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $200,000. The total rewards package includes compensation, commission, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
