The Duke Center for Living at Fearrington is accepting applications for a Full-Time Facility & Membership Coordinator to join our team. The Duke Center for Living is a medically based wellness facility set within the upscale retirement community of Galloway Ridge in Chatham County. The Facility & Membership Coordinator for DCFL submits and follows up on the general maintenance of the facility. Serves as the primary Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and oversees the day to day operations of the pool and hot tub observing state and national standards. Provides excellent membership services to members, residents, and guests. Completes member contracts, reviews daily accounting, monthly billing and billing issues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supports facility operations and daily responsibilities including but not limited to pool & hot tub temperature & chemistry balance, pump room maintenance, cleaning calcium buildup in pool and hot tub, general order and cleanliness in the pool area. Prepares pools for all inspections and completes paperwork for annual inspections, Process work orders and tracks follow up.
- Daily accounting, deposits, monthly billing, member billing issues, balancing cash drawer vacation and medical freeze organization and maintenance. Assists Membership Manager with reporting and market outreach. Oversees front desk contracting and membership issues for accuracy, management of prospect database, and other administrative responsibilities. Will be a part of weekend rotation desk coverage.
- All other duties assigned include, but not limited to, enhancing the Resident Experience.
- Exceptional time management skills, with prioritization of above responsibilities.
- 2 years customer service experience.
- Must be highly organized. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; computer skills including Microsoft applications, cash transactions.
- Ability to multi-task.
- CPO certification within 90 days of hire.
- High school degree required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support and AED certification required.
