The Role: Industry Engagement and Instructional Design Specialist 


(Dallas based – hybrid work environment with 1-2 days/week remote work from home)

You utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve educational event strategies and measure your impact on business objectives.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Create and implement an education content strategy that emphasizes thought leadership and positions the company as a trusted industry resource. 
  • Develop and deliver innovative educational presentations aligned with industry needs to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Craft visually appealing and informative presentation materials using various multimedia tools, ensuring a consistent brand message across all brand platforms. 
  • Represent Kings III at industry educational events, conferences, and webinars.   
  • Identify and analyze emerging industry trends translating them into valuable, actionable insights for our target audience.
  • Tag team with our in-house technical experts to ensure dynamic and impactful delivery of content. They’ll speak for credibility purposes, but you own the logistics and execution. 
  • Manage and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties through education and thought leadership efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, emergency phone codes/laws, and their relevance to industry challenges and opportunities. 
  • Collaborate closely with other marketing team members to repurpose and promote educational content across various channels. This includes finding innovative ways to incorporate educational content into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns. 


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, or related field. 
  • At least 3 years experience in brand management, educational program development, or related field.
  • Expertise in adult learning strategies and coaching competencies; demonstrated ability to blend technical industry expertise with simplified overviews for easy understanding.  
  • Proven track record of successful public speaking and presentation delivery, with the ability to coach others in dynamic delivery. 
  • Strong communication and networking skills with a flair for audience engagement. 
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptable and flexible in various presentation formats and audience types.  
  • Strategic relationship management. 
  • Innovative approach to educational program design and industry trend analysis. 
  • Visual storytelling and data visualization abilities; excellent copywriting and content creation skills. 
  • Goal-oriented and dependable with a positive, competitive, and determined attitude. Sense of humor is a must! 
  • Metric-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and continuous improvement.  
  • Natural curiosity and focus on tracking and using data to drive decisions. 
  • Time management, organization, and strong project management skills. 
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to pivot on demand and think creatively. 
  • Self-motivated and quick learner, able to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in presentation software and design tools. 
  • Working knowledge of project management tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred).  
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time. 
  • Experience in or familiarity with Communications, Telephony or Elevator industries.
