Overture Home Care offers RN-delegated home care and companion services to seniors and other individuals requiring care. The company’s highly-trained caregivers are overseen by a staff RN, delivering a variety of services to enable their clients to live independently, safely and with dignity.
- Provide care as directed by the Case Manager to clients requiring in-home
- Provide assistance with ADL’s, AIDLs, transportation, light housekeeping and meals.
- Report observations and other pertinent information related to the care of the client.
- Document information related to client care on agency forms or in electronic records.
- Provide services that support the care delivered to the client.
- Provide input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care.
- Participate in the development of client objectives.
- Participate in the identification of staff educational needs.
- Conduct self in a professional manner in compliance with agency policies.
- Participate in the quality assessment and improvement process and activities.
