We are seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team!  As a Day & Night Inside Sales Representive, your objective is to work with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process to help in the achievement of departmental goals.

What You Will Do

• Conduct outbound calls for all unsold estimates.
• Introduce company offerings and identify client needs and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our state-of-the-art CRM system.
• Collaborate with field personnel and department managers to optimize appointment-setting strategies. 

Who You Are

• Ambitious self-starter-  this is a highly compensated sales position. 
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
