· You’re strong and enjoy physical work – able to stand, walk, sit, using your body for working on your feet around the plant 8 or more hours per day, with the ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
· You like to be busy – working at a fast pace in a busy production environment.
· Comfortable with repetitive work; you learn a job and do it with excellence, and you’ll be rewarded for strong production numbers.
· Adaptable to work as part of a team and pitch in where needed. You enjoy cross-training and the chance to do something new.
· Confident when operating manufacturing equipment, yet wiling to follow specific instructions.
· Able to read and comprehend written instructions and perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, ratios and percentages.
· Willing to work off-shifts, weekends, or overtime as-needed, sometimes on short notice.
· Must interact as part of a team and always work well with others.
· Must be reliable and maintain a good attendance record.
· Willing to work safely and follow all safety-related training, and rules, procedures.
What you’ll be doing:
· Operating machinery, wood or leather finishing, assembly, sanding or general labor. We have lots of different opportunities available and will work with you to find the best fit!
· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
· Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
· Adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
· Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency.

Education/Experience:
- One to three months of related experience or on-the-job training.
Physical:
- Must be able to stand at equipment for 8 hours or more per day
- Must be able to use both hands to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands or arms, stoop or kneel, and communicate with others.
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.
- Must have close vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus on work.
- Employees will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes or airborne particles, moderate noise levels, vibration to hands, and occasionally outside weather conditions.
- Employees will be required to wear hearing protection, safety glasses and foot protection.
Mental:
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to perform mathematical skills such as: addition, subtractions, multiplication, and division of all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Must have the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
