The Aventura Pediatrics and Orthodontic Administrator serves in a dual capacity, overseeing a team of 10-15 employees, including doctors. This role ensures the practice meets office collection metrics, patient satisfaction objectives, and revenue targets. 

   

Requirements
  • Management Experience: Minimum of three years in management and employee coaching.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
  • Goal-oriented: Demonstrated drive to meet and exceed practice goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data reporting and tracking.

  • Stable Employment History: Consistent and reliable work record.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
