We are now seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual for the position of Admissions Officer to join our developing Doctor of Occupational Therapy program on the Atlanta campus. We are searching for a team-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The OTD program has strong administrative support, excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.


General Responsibilities:

  • Provide Information to prospective students.
  • Maintain application hard and electronic files.
  • Manage, track and update all applications.
  • Schedule, invite, and track participants for interviews.
  • Coordinate interview days, Orientation and other events.
  • Participate in student admissions and committees as assigned.
  • Work closely with the OTD Director of Operations on additional items as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in admissions preferred.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Campus Vue, and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of office administration practices and procedures
  • Fluency in English including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
