The Conrad Company is looking to hire a highly motivated, forward-thinking Outside Sales Engineer to join our Compressor Maintenance Company Division. Compressor Maintenance Company is a fast-growing service provider & supplier of industrial air compressors. This role is about creating, developing, strengthening, and expanding relationships with one another, our customers, our suppliers, and our community. We are looking for an individual who is willing to take risks and try new things, knowing that we will learn and grow together.
Compressor Maintenance is a brand owned by the Conrad Company, a growth-oriented award-winning family-owned business located in York, Pa.
Responsibilities:
· Strengthening Customer relationships through consistent in person meetings, written and verbal communication assisting them with their Compressed Air, Vacuum, and Onsite Gas Generation systems
· Working with Suppliers building relationships through consistent written and verbal communication, lead generation, follow up, and monthly reporting.
· Complimenting the Conrad Company Technical Sales Professionals, and Business Development Team with new and existing accounts to drive sales and new product growth.
· Supporting our Customer Service team following up on weekly quotes & orders for house accounts, inactive accounts, and new accounts.
· Developing and coordinating relationships with The Conrad Company brands to enhance the overall brand.
· Processing Website and Supplier leads then track and report lead outcome.
· Super User for reporting all sales data into ERP system as first step in the process.
· Joining local Networking groups to meet like-minded individuals who can introduce us to new, unqualified business opportunities.
· Disperse website leads to the appropriate destination then track and report lead outcome.
· Produce Point of Sale (POS) reports each month for suppliers.
· Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.

· Background in the Compressed Air Industry
· Experience working in sales or business development
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients
· This is a hybrid position
· Familiarity with utilizing an ERP system and Customer Relations Management, Acumatica is a plus
· Base pay range is $70,000 - $90,000 with the potential to earn commission.
