Job Summary:

This role will primarily deal with customer reception in our showroom and on the phone, along with other administrative and accounting duties as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
• Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
• Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
• Handles cash log and weekly bank deposit.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Operates office equipment including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience handling cash and other forms of payment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clerical experience a must.
• Dealership experience is preferred.   
• General accounting knowledge to include accounts payable and accounts receivable a plus!

Pay Range:

• $18.00/hour - $22.00/hour, based on experience

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
