ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to be part of a dynamic marketing team. The Demand Generation Manager will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth through well-executed and data-informed programs. This role requires the ability to understand the market messages and amplify the messaging through integrated programs that lead to pipeline. The optimal candidate will bring an analytical mindset paired with creative flair to plan, execute, and measure demand generation programs that align closely with our objectives. This position reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with product marketing, sales, customer marketing and others to build and execute demand generation strategies
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns aligned with key personas and pipeline goals
- Design workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively
- Track, measure, and optimize campaigns for high ROI and performance improvements
- Ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.
EDUCATION:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in tech marketing; experience in marketing to the financial services industry is a plus
- Experience in Salesforce and Marketo required; experience in Google Analytics and Demandbase is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs from start-to-finish with an attention to detail
- Revenue-driven mindset, ensuring programs deliver results
