Civil Engineer Designer
Description

RaganSmith is seeking a full-time entry level Civil Designer based in our Franklin, TN office upon May 2025 graduation. This position will assist in the project design, production and permitting on a wide range of residential and commercial site development and infrastructure projects. The Civil Engineer Designer will collaborate in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public and private mixed-use projects.


Responsibilities

  • Civil site project design and production in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Stormwater management design
  • Permitting coordination with federal, state, and local jurisdiction
  • Coordination and collaboration with design team
  • Additional related duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Effective communication skills
  • 1-3+ years of experience in commercial/residential site design, public infrastructure design and production
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
  • EI/EIT preferred

Salary Description
$60,000 - 75,000
