What You’ll Do
As the Director of Marketing, you’ll lead our marketing efforts across TRUCE and be an integral part of our
management team. This is an exciting opportunity to step up into a head-of-marketing role, driving growth and
shaping our brand as we expand into new markets. You’ll work closely with our sales, product, and partnership
teams to acquire new enterprise accounts and deepen relationships with our existing customers. Since we are in
startup mode with our new offerings, you’ll need to be simultaneously hands-on and strategic in your approach.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and execute TRUCE’s marketing strategies aligned with our business goals
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to create lead-gen programs that drive new customer acquisition
- Take the lead in building TRUCE’s brand awareness and positioning
- Attend and represent TRUCE at industry events and on-line communities, connecting with key influencers and staying on top of market trends
- Find ways to be creative and scrappy to gain optimal results from TRUCE’s startup marketing resources
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Required: 5-8 years of marketing experience in the US for B2B technology companies, including 3+ years in a team/department leadership role
- Required: Track record working in the US at a provider of vehicle dash-cam, telematics or OBD-II solutions
- A plus: Experience working in an early or growth-stage startup environment
- A plus: Experience marketing technology solutions to K-12 schools

Location
This is a remote position within the United States (or for candidates outside of the US with authorization to travel
to the US for work and willing to follow US business hours). Occasional travel for industry events is required,
giving you the chance to meet with our team and connect with others in the industry.
