Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the processing of all commercial paid loans.
• Provide exceptional customer service whether working with a customer directly or by working with bank personnel.
• Work weekly suspect reports and closed cards.
• Respond to demand requests accurately and within designated time frames.
• Accurately complete Reconveyances as part of loan closing process and per requests received, all within designated time frames.

Requirements:

• One-year general business experience preferably within banking.
• Knowledge of property titles and deeds and/or understanding of loan demand requests a plus.
• Solid computer skills with experience working with different system applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfort and confidence in working directly with senior banking staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including spelling and grammar.
• PC and typing proficiency, organizational and analytical skills.
