Description:

The Talent Specialist will help support and have opportunities to facilitate an exceptional career experience for candidates and employees at ImageTrend. You will gain experience in each step of the employee journey as a company ambassador and help us achieve organizational goals through attracting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent.


For this opening, we are targeting a start date in January 2025. The role is eligible for 100% remote work, with a preference for candidates located in the greater Twin Cities or Milwaukee metro areas.


What You'll Do:

  • Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks and full lifecycle recruitment duties, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating screens or interviews for yourself and other team members, job posting, conducting hiring manager kick off calls, data entry or reporting requests, extending offers, onboarding and more
  • Assists with campus recruitment and early career efforts, including supporting the Summer Intern Program
  • Helps coordinate pre-employment and onboarding tasks to support the new hire experience, including collection of required documentation and communication with new employees
  • Prioritizes tasks and assignments to achieve goals, KPIs, timelines and other project objectives as assigned
  • Follows processes and workflows as instructed to ensure recruiting, hiring and HR compliance with all federal, state and local regulations
  • Maintains accurate documentation in ATS, HRIS or other HCM platforms and provides reporting data or information to leadership as requested
  • Assists with cross-functional initiatives and other talent or employment branding projects and proactively contribute ideas to improve employee experience programs and other culture initiatives
  • Provide occasional administrative support for internal workflows or processes relating to the employee experience, such as user setup for HR or other company-wide platforms, and other operational tasks as needed
  • In collaboration with Director of Talent Experience, support and enhance diversity, equity and inclusion recruitment efforts and programs
  • Travel for onsite orientation, career fairs or other company events as required
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree, certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, business or relevant field
  • Experience with recruiting, HR, people operations and talent processes, preferably for a SaaS-based organization
  • Experience using ATS, HRIS, HCM, job boards or social media, resume databases, and other related technologies
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
  • Strong critical thinking, analysis and creative problem-solving abilities when working through ambiguous situations
  • Must have computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working as part of a fast-paced, multidimensional team
  • Ability to maintain professional discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to travel to corporate headquarters for orientation and company events as requested, up to 10%
