Description
Greet and assist customers at the front counter or over the phone, provide outstanding customer service and a great customer experience. Handle counter sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts accurately. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the counter area.
Requirements
- Automotive paint industry experience preferred but will consider other qualified applicants
- Must have positive attitude
- Be a team player
- Customer Service Skills
- Be able to multi task
- Willingness to gain knowledge of product lines
- Strong sense of customer service
- Must show valid driver’s license and Social Security card
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school degree
- Lift up to 50lbs
