Our brands are set up for e-commerce success, boasting 3x the market share in this space compared to traditional retail and outpacing competitors in digital engagement. We’re looking for an E-commerce Content & Analytics Manager who’s ready to be a key driver of this exciting growth! This role will lead the creation, optimization, and distribution of impactful digital content across LUSY’s retailer platforms, while diving into performance data to enhance sales, engagement, and conversion rates. From your EXPERTISE to ours

This role combines responsibilities related to managing and optimizing online content with data-driven analysis and reporting. Key duties include: 


Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM) & Data Modeling Oversight

  • Responsible for all CMS and PIM systems for content syndication such as new item set up and content refresh, including but not limited to Salsify, Syndigo, UNFI, Pinto, NielsenIQ, Brandbank, IX-One, 1World Sync, etc. 
  • Responsible for quality of all LUSY content classification, channel mapping and workflows in Salsify. 
  • Maintain and grow/evolve the Product Information Hierarchy and Taxonomy within Salsify.
  • Manage online Sales Catalogs for LUSY Sales team: siggi’s, Stonyfield, Club, and other catalogs as needs evolve.
  • Manage day to day relationships and deliver direction/guidance to +7 vendor partners. 

Content Management & Optimization

  • Data-Driven Content Strategy: work closely with marketing to develop and execute strategies to optimize content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and consumer needs.
  • Product Content Creation & Syndication: manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms (i.e.: Amazon, Walmart, etc.), ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, videos, and enhanced content.
  • Content Optimization: collaborate with Brand/ Omnichannel Marketing and agencies to ensure that both content and analytics support sales growth and customer engagement. 
  • SEO Optimization: ensure product content is optimized for search engines and marketplace search algorithms to improve visibility and drive conversions.
  • Content Testing: run A/B tests on content (titles, images, descriptions) to determine what resonates best with the audience and drives higher conversions.

E-commerce Reporting & Analytics

  • Online Performance Monitoring & Optimization: analyze performance and identify opportunities to optimize health content, OOS, pricing, Share of Search, and product rankings across platforms via e-commerce dashboard. 
  • Online Sales Reporting: generate reports on POS sales performance. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance. Syndicated data tools to be leveraged are IRI, Nielsen and individual retailer data hubs. 

Lactalis USA E-commerce Cross Collaboration

  • Vet, negotiate, and manage vendors to build a streamlined and effective tech stack that drives Lactalis’s online sales initiatives.
  • Lead regular e-commerce discussions to share best practices, vendor issues, common challenges, case studies, etc. to leverage knowledge across Lactalis North America.

From your STORY to ours

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, digital media, data analytics, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce content management, digital marketing, or data analytics, preferably within a CPG or retail environment.
  • Experience with online retail platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, or similar is preferred.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and product information management (PIM) systems for content syndication. Experience with Salsify is highly preferred.  
  • Skilled in data analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, and e-commerce dashboards. Experience with syndicated data tools (IRI, Nielsen, HH Panel, Spins) a plus.
  • Excellent strategic, problem solving and verbal/written communications skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish close working relationships and interact positively with multiple departments and locations – both in person and remote.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail with ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel within a competitive product category (yogurt).
  • Must have high degree of proficiency with all Microsoft applications – Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook.
