We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in our Tampa, FL office. In this role, you will assist with the dispatching of technicians as well as the administrative, communication and customer support for office operations.
Please note: Hours for this position are Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am - 6:00pm (Saturdays can be worked remotely).

The Role
- Completes work orders
- Schedules appointments
- Answers and returns customer calls
- Responds to customer complaints
- Communicates with internal and external customers to resolve problems, request services and/or equipment
- Organizes office operations and procedures
- Prepares and reviews current and next day work, assigning work/calls to team members, as needed
- Accurately, effectively, and professionally communicates through e-mail and phone calls
- Acts as back up support for members of the team
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ year(s) prior dispatching experience preferred
- Broad knowledge of relevant administrative skills required
- Strong data entry and typing skills a plus
- Detail oriented
- General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn and utilize role specific equipment and software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer while utilizing a phone
- Must maintain confidentiality as may be required in the normal course of position performance
- Valid and current Identification
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
