Our Litigation Department is looking for the right attorney to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced litigation attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plaintiff personal injury experience (Trial experience a plus) and diverse areas of practice i.e; auto accidents, medical malpractice, sexual assault (Federal, State Level) negligent security and others.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will not have to market cases, although you are certainly welcome to do so. If you bring in referrals individually, or through a referral attorney, you will receive a written, guaranteed percentage of the fee, as per your Employment Agreement with GOLDLAW. No “discretionary bonuses” based on the whim of Ownership.
- We guarantee a six-figure salary with a contractually binding percentage of the settlements or verdicts you obtain, which is also in your Employment Agreement.
- We have a highly structured office with carefully thought-out policies and procedures that help move cases efficiently.
- For your litigation caseload (about 35-40 files, usually), you will receive a dedicated staff of two experienced employees; no “splitting” of employees; these two are yours.
- You will not have to deal with pre-suitcases at all. Your practice will be devoted to “litigation” only. Even the cases you bring into the firm, you will not have to worry about in pre suit, because our expert pre-suit staff will bring the case through demand and settlement, and all you will have to do is collect your bonus check when that case resolves.
- We provide a generous benefits package including 401(K), health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and other great benefits.
- You will not have to worry about the “business” of running your own firm. You can simply focus on being a litigator and trial lawyer.
- We have a dedicated "intake" department, so you don't have to be on the phone handling intakes anymore

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good Standing with the Florida Bar
- No Defense Attorneys
- Personal injury experience required.
- Mid level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) We will train.
- Case Management System - FileVine experience is also preferred but not required. We will train.
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to communicate with all levels of our organization
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
EDUCATION:
- Juris Doctorate
- Minimum experience is at least 5-10 years on Plaintiff's side with significant Plaintiff’s trial experience.
- Experienced in Florida Law Preferred, 3 years in trial experience.
