We are seeking a Project Supervisor to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role you will oversee the management and development of construction projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. The role involves supervising new projects, monitoring current projects, and leading teams/business partners to achieve desired outcomes.

The Role
- Defined projects from job definitions, network integration needs and connection points
- Managed overall path planning review, including site pictures, node integration and area resources including buildings, ground, and aerial assets
- Participates in the development of “Project Packets”
- Drives projects through systems for final development and budgeting
- Supports the design team with the development of site plan and images, site asset lists, defining labor and material needs, permitting requirements/needs, infrastructure nodes and plant, connection points, locates services and city/county/state requirements and restrictions
- Completes site surveys; verifying paths, locates and equipment needed
- Leads project development for new proposed projects
- Project walkout expert related to project makeup
- Oversees the day to day & overall project timelines
- Manages damage claim process; communicates with customer/homeowner/crews, completes damage claim investigations, ensures proper damage claim resolution and maintains damage claim records
- Oversees multiple stages of projects, keeping systems and records updated
- Oversees business partners in various stages of projects
- Ensures compliance with city, county, and state requirements and restrictions
- Delivers high-quality workmanship in accordance to project specifications
- Champions safety, ensuring safe work practices are implemented and followed across all team members
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5 or more years of experience with ISP and OSP telecommunications construction experience required
- 3-5 years of experience managing subcontractors required
- Prior knowledge or experience with aerial and underground construction, network operations and associated inventory for both RF and Fiber, bucket truck work
- Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for project build process
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn and utilize software systems, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Safety first approach to leadership
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed
- Ability to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
- Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains and job sites
- Ability to travel, open to a variety of schedules; nights and/or weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, free from suspensions or revocations required
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
