What Nonstop is Looking For:
We are on the lookout for a highly organized, creative, and diplomatic Internal Training Manager, who also has proven experience in the world of instructional design and corporate training experience. This role will be responsible for managing Nonstop’s day-to-day internal training needs across all of our teams, including designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of educational materials and courses to help foster the growth and development of all our employees. This includes curating existing content and creating new content/courses, as well as working with team leads on planning and development for role-based training needs.
The person in this role must have a strong understanding of instructional design models and a proven ability to create impactful, measurable educational content for adults. Additionally, they should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining collaborative and productive relationships with team leads, stakeholders, and subject matter experts across the company.
Our ideal candidate is highly skilled in corporate and organizational training, tech-savvy, and proficient in eLearning software, LMS administration, and instructional design. Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day management of Skillsoft Percipio learning platform, including curating, organizing, and adding content for teams, troubleshooting issues, providing administrative support, and looking for opportunities to market/promote the platform throughout the organization.
- Create and maintain standards, processes, and timelines for Nonstop’s internal training department to ensure consistency and efficiency across all internal training projects
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize learning/training needs throughout Nonstop, including working with leadership to identify and execute company-wide learning goals
- Work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure learning goals/objectives are being met in a timely manner
- Use instructional design principles and models (i.e. ADDIE, MPI, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to design and implement training programs, content, and courses (including microlearning content) that meet the needs of Nonstop’s employees, including strong assessments to quantify learning outcomes
- Implement an organized system and practice of continuous improvement (including data analysis) across all of Nonstop’s internal training programs to ensure that content is consistently reviewed, updated, and focused on the immediate needs of learners
- Work alongside subject matter experts and department leaders to develop high quality, effective learning/training assets, including courses, presentations, hands-on activities, written guides, practice exercises/knowledge checks, video walkthroughs, handouts, assessments, and other job aides
- Promote engagement with Nonstop’s internal training platform and other tools/resources and foster the value of continuous learning for staff development
- Evaluate existing company training materials and make recommendations for revisions and enhancements
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in corporate training and continuous learning
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors or higher degree in instructional design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in internal corporate training and/or corporate instructional design with responsibility for managing end to end creation of training modules and eLearning programs
- Knowledge of instructional design theories/principles/models/best practices, as well as adult learning theories and behavior-based learning objectives
- Proven experience in designing and developing learner-centered experiences, including e-learning modules, courses, instructional materials, and any projects demonstrating proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Elucidat, iSpring, etc.
- Proven proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and online training platforms, such as Skillsoft Percipio, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, etc.
- Working experience and knowledge of Google Workspace tools (i.e. Google Docs, Google Slides)
- Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to remain open, hear others’ points of view, and adapt to changing needs.
- Ability to foster an environment of learning and engagement across multiple, very busy audiences
- Ability to accurately prioritize, plan, and monitor goals, and complete multiple tasks within established timeframes and deadlines
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills with a strong ability to provide guidance and feedback to stakeholders.
- Experience developing knowledge checks and assessment items, such as quizzes, interactive activities, and evaluations, to effectively measure learner comprehension; also must have experience analyzing data to support continuous improvement
- High level of comfort working 100% remotely while developing and maintaining close working relationships with colleagues
- Familiarity with design platforms, such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

- Salary Range $80,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day.

- Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone and video communication.
