This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid-remote position that can be located at one of our office sites in Ft. Wayne, IN or Waco, TX. For the right candidate, fully remote work is also an option. We can only consider remote employees who reside in one of the states listed below. 

The starting salary range is $60,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

As a Field Services Developer, you will:  

• Resolve customer cases per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including delivering timely responses for both urgent and non-urgent cases 
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to address and deploy bug fixes across the platform 
• Provide updates for urgent cases every 8 hours and weekly updates for non-urgent cases, ensuring transparent communication via Salesforce 
• Maintain documentation, including clear program comments, SOP updates, and resolution statements for cases 
• Be available during on-call hours to monitor escalation channels and address cases within 15 minutes 
• Support team growth by sharing expertise, assisting in peer training, and responding to inquiries within 24 hours 
• Actively participate in weekly team meetings and commit to expanding your technical knowledge as new features are introduced 

You should have:  

• Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to keep clients, stakeholders, and team members informed, providing concise updates and managing customer expectations effectively. 
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, C#, and Progress (OpenEdge), with the ability to work comfortably in a Linux environment and have experience with Web Application Development. 
• Problem-solving Skills: The ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently to meet SLA deadlines and ensure project success. 
• Documentation Skills: Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate documentation, including SOPs, case comments, and resolution/de-escalation statements. 
• Collaboration Skills: A commitment to knowledge-sharing, team support, and continuous learning of all systems and processes.
