Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mergers and Acquisitions Associate / Sr. Associate to join our dynamic team. The M&A Associate / Sr. Associate will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisition opportunities to drive the company’s growth and expansion in the power sector.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of potential acquisition targets

· Perform due diligence, including financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment

· Prepare detailed presentations for senior management and stakeholders

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities

· Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of acquisition agreements

· Support post-acquisition integration efforts to achieve synergy targets

Required Job Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 

· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Exceptional business acumen 

Preferred Job Skills & Qualifications:

· 3-5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance

· Industry experience in the energy or power sector
