Phil's Auto, a full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Carlisle communities, is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers. In this role, you are expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer, while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.
EARN: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly + overtime after 40 hours per week + SA Monthly Incentive Plan
HOURS: 7:30am - 5:30pm

- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
- MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
- Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
- Strong customer service skills.
- MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
