Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and review returns for corporate, partnership and individuals, including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns, estimated payments and extensions.
- Ensure the timely, accurate, & creative delivery of tax preparation and strategy services.
- Supervise and perform diversified accounting and tax assignments.
- Take ownership and organize workflow of client engagements, ensuring filing deadlines are met.
- Manage, develop and sustain excellent client relationships with the ability to see client projects from beginning to end.
- Continue to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities.
- An ideal candidate should have prior experience in meeting with clients, working independently, supervising other staff members, and thinking creatively in the planning process.
- Incumbent should be able to research and provide solutions for complex tax issues and remain abreast on changes in tax code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or related disciplines.
- CPA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting environment.
- Proficient in corporate, partnership and individual taxation.
- Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent service.
- Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Adhere to the firm's values and code of conduct.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with great interpersonal skills.
Salary Description
$108,000 - $144,000
