Lending Applications Administrator

A Day in Your Life at Peoples Bank:
As a Lending Applications Administrator, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of select Bank systems supporting commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending functions throughout the bank. Some of your responsibilities include providing administration and support for bank applications, obtaining data from the core system necessary to support business intelligence efforts, providing user training and helpdesk support, providing input on future systems procurement processes, and assisting with future systems implementations.
Your Primary Responsibilities Would Include:
- Acting as the application administrator or back up administrator for one or more primary or ancillary lending and other systems. Primary origination systems include nCino/Salesforce (Commercial), Encompass (mortgage) and MeridianLink (consumer).
- Serving as the primary point of contact between the bank and systems support staff to facilitate ongoing support for system upgrades, maintenance, and implementation of projects outlined on departmental roadmaps.
- Overseeing and/or performing all data maintenance required in lending applications to include establishing processes for maintaining data integrity throughout the data model.
- Writing reports as needed to provide information from the lending system and maintain/update data extracts from core (IBS) to lending and other supported applications as necessary.
- Interfacing with the Bank’s Data Analytics team to obtain data from IBS necessary to support business intelligence and/or data validation efforts.
- Managing and supporting projects as needed, serving as subject matter expert on bank-wide projects related to systems supported. Providing input during vetting and procurement processes for future systems implementations. Assisting with implementation of future systems.
What You Bring to the Team:
- You have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent work experience.
- You have a minimum 2 years of applications or system administration and/or database maintenance and validation experience.
- You have In-depth knowledge of banking systems and processes.
- You may be Salesforce Admin certified.
- You may have report writing experience.
- You have a working knowledge of the Bank’s computer network infrastructure and procedures.
- You work with minimal supervision and have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- You have strong interpersonal skills including professional etiquette and service mentality.
- You are skilled at business communication, both verbal and written.
- You have a strong professional demeanor and high regard for confidentiality.
- You can travel to other Peoples Bank locations and off-site for meetings and/or training as required.
- You have the ability to model the Peoples Bank Mission, Vision, and Values.
