**Candidates hired for this role will be required to work in MST, and hiring is contingent upon award of the contract.**

  Essential Duties:

· Attend required training

· Accept in-bound calls in a timely manner and consistent with policy

· Accurately answer questions from members and providers per scripted guidelines

· Continually learn and retain information regarding Medicaid policy

· Provide effective solutions to meet customers’ needs and problems

· Provide polite, friendly and helpful verbal exchanges in person and via telephone 

· Work quickly and efficiently according to productivity expectations

· Maintain daily production goals and meet or exceed required response times

Requirements

Education and Experience:

· Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience 

· 1-2 years of experience within a call center environment highly preferred

· Previous experience in customer service and health care claim billing procedures 

· Knowledge of Medicaid billing procedures preferred

· Excellent attendance record

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
