About the Role: 


Logos is looking for a Korean Customer Success Specialist with experience and knowledge of the Korean-speaking Christian World to join their growing Korean products team. This individual will help the team build, market, and promote their Korean offerings.


The Korean Customer Success Specialist will work with the team on customer and product-related projects, provide technical support to customers, and present product usage education at the conference. The candidate will be fluent in Korean with a strong understanding of religious terminology and cultural nuances. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with project pivots. The individual is independent, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, and enjoys interacting with people.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Service emails and related requests
  • Interact with customers in a sales and supportive role
  • Present Logos products in webinars, conferences, seminars, etc. 
  • Work with the Customer Service and tech support team
  • Create user education materials and a product display page
  • Translate and post the user education guide

 Requirements: 

  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Takes ownership of projects and gets things done quickly and effectively
  • Can work flexibly and under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Can travel internationally and domestically 

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiar with and connected to the Korean Christian world
  • Has intermediate knowledge of OS (Windows, Mac, Mobile App, etc.)
  • Understands the nuances of regional differences within the Korean Christian world
  • Uses, or has previously used, a Bible software product
  • Creative writing experience
  • Experience with public speaking

The U.S. base salary for this full-time position ranges from $50-55k per year. Logos salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.


Note: Currently, we are able to hire in every state in the United States except for the District Of Columbia.
