About the role
Clinical Directors are responsible for holistic business leadership of their clinic and are a member of the nationwide Clinical Director Leadership Team. They lead a team of Physical Therapists, Clinic Coordinators and a Senior Clinic Coordinator. Some of the leadership responsibilities for a Clinical Director are:
- Supporting an in-clinic culture of pride in high performance, outcomes for patients, high-quality care, and care delivery
- Performing the tasks associated with the duties and responsibilities of a Physical Therapist (~ 50% of the time)
- Proactively managing the business resulting in a profitable P&L
- Supporting the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of Physical Therapists and Clinic Admin Team Members
- Working collaboratively with Physical Therapists and the Clinic Admin Team to optimize scheduling availability on behalf of patients and the P&L
- Mentorship, development, and performance management of direct reports
- Working collaboratively with the People Team to be a voice for the team, partner on challenges and suggest solutions to create a team environment aligned with our values
- Balancing investment of labor (Physical Therapist and Clinic Admin) with patient care, staffing for demand, utilization
- Resolving patient issues at the clinic level
- Informing / managing upward to escalate issues
- Working side by side with the Platform Operations Team to ensure day-to-day administrative responsibilities are performed accurately and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations
- Developing a pipeline of future leadership (Physical Therapists and Clinic Coordinators)
- Other tasks as assigned

Salary Information
- $90,000 - $120,000 +monthly bonus opportunities
About you
- You are a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
- You are interested in women’s health, pelvic floor physical therapy (not just casually; really invested in it!)
- You are an entrepreneur at heart and are problem solving and solution oriented
- You have a network (and know how to maintain relationships) of providers and physical therapists
- You believe in supporting the next generation of Physical Therapists (through mentorship, student rotations, and professional development)
- You’re a rule follower, but don’t necessarily play it safe to grow the business (willing to take risks)
- You celebrate others, lift them up and help them do the best work of their lives
- You’re no drama – you don’t take things personally and can stay objective
- You have high standards and expectations; and are willing to do the work to meet them (and help others get there too)
