Description
As a Marketing Associate, you will support the Senior Director in managing key product categories and initiatives within the organization. This role offers an opportunity to develop marketing skills while working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, branding, and business development. You will help with market research, product launches, promotions, and digital marketing efforts to drive category growth and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Assist in managing marketing initiatives for Consumer Products, Contract Packaging, and EnviroZyme.
- Support marketing efforts for Laundry & Ware wash, including market research, key customer relationships, and product line management.
- Coordinate product launches and promotions in collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Branding and Digital team to create marketing collateral, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing key customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with company goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B industries.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
