Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Field Marketing Manager to lead the execution of ZenQMS’s commercial events that drive brand presence, support our sales goals, and promote client retention. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in event management. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for planning and managing trade shows, user meetings, and regional events that enhance engagement with local partners, clients, and the broader community. Working closely with our sales and client success teams, you’ll ensure that each event aligns with our overall marketing strategy. Strong relationship-building and logistical skills are key, as this role requires collaborating with partners, managing event logistics, and optimizing event performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Management: Organize, manage, and execute tradeshows, user meetings, and regional events across key markets to build brand presence, drive sales, and increase client retention & expansion. Manage event calendar, book venues, secure speakers.
- Sales and Client Success Collaboration: Work closely with sales and client success teams to ensure events support sales targets and foster long-term client relationships. Aid in the creation of invite lists aligned with sales territories.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with local partners, clients, and influencers to enhance event effectiveness and expand reach.
- Logistics & Promotions: Oversee all event logistics, including planning, promotions, collateral selection, on-site support, and post-event follow-up, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Community Engagement: Identify opportunities to foster user communities and host user meetings that deepen client engagement and loyalty.
- Webinar Coordination: Manage logistics and promotional strategies for webinars, ensuring smooth execution and engagement.
- Event Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and report on event success, leveraging insights to refine future event strategies. Coordinate event kickoffs and debriefs with internal stakeholders.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure events are executed effectively and within budget constraints.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in Event Management.
- Experience in the life sciences and / or B2B technology industries is preferred, with an understanding of industry standards and audience needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, from planning through execution, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
- Experience in creating and managing pre- and post-event content to drive engagement, including event invitations, follow-up communications, and related promotional materials.
- Preferred experience in writing email or ad copy to support event marketing and engagement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Ability to travel as required for regional and national events. In addition, dependent on location, travel will also be required for quarterly team meetings in Ardmore, PA. Estimated travel time required is 5-10 days per quarter.
