Title: Campaign Manager 

Location: Remote, United States (Strong preference for candidates based in CST or EST time zone)

General Description: 

Reporting to the VP, US Development & Strategy, the Campaign Manager plays a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of fundraising campaigns. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all campaign logistics, managing timelines, coordinating resources, and monitoring campaign performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Campaign Manager will ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic goals 


Essential Functions: 

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of campaign execution, ensuring seamless integration across teams and stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain campaign schedules, milestones, and workflows to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Create and present campaign materials for proposals and donor visits with supporting documentation and follow-up correspondence. 
  • Track campaign budgets, manage vendor relationships, and ensure effective use of resources. 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, working with the analytics team to assess effectiveness and inform optimizations. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution. 
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across all campaign materials and channels. 
  • Support campaign analysis and post-campaign evaluations to inform future initiatives and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign operations, providing status updates and addressing any operational issues. 
Requirements

Experience Required (education/work): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in fundraising campaign management. 
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and other campaign tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms). 
  • Experience in managing budgets and ensuring campaigns are executed within financial parameters.

  • Communication Skills - Understand and communicate effectively with others using a variety of contexts and formats, which include writing, speaking, reading listening and interpersonal skills.
